I do not consent to binding arbitration, contract modification clauses, or survival clauses, nor am I agreeing to allow you to collect and/or sell information about me without my explicit written consent. Should an attempt to enforce a non-negotiated contract against me stating otherwise, it shall render the contract null and void.
